Lawyer Lapo Mariani runs his professional activity in the city of Florence, inside his family’s firm. In october 4 1941 lawyer Enrico Mariani, in the center of Florence and really close to the actual location, opened his firm for civil rights which, since then, has mantained a profound link with the city context. The tradition of the Mariani’s Law Firm has been continued by first born Arnaldo who, today, with son and daughter Lapo and Benedetta, dedicates his profession to counsel his clients in all the civil subjects while still pursuing the values of competence, indipendence, discretion and confidentiality.

Lapo, besides being a legal counselor for real estate, commercial and scientific companies focuses his activities mainly in the constitution, management and protection of important foundations, not only privtes but also those founded by professional associations.

Within the many different areas of practice he is involved into, with particular reference to those related to contractual, real estate, societary, foundations-related, hereditary matters as well as those regarding intellectual and industrial properties , lawyer Lapo Mariani provides his work to foreign clients, both EU and non-EU citizens. He has been collaborating, since 2009, with the Foglio del Consiglio (tr. Counsel’s paper), the informative periodic magazine of the Ordine degli Avvocati (the Lawyers Association) of Florence, of which he was recently appointed editorial coordinator.
